Dr Saadat Ali Saleemi

Physician

Dr Saadat Ali Saleemi is a general medicine physician with a special interest in cardiac conditions in the geriatric population and perioperative medicine.

He graduated from Allama Iqbal Medical College (University of Health Sciences) in Lahore, Pakistan, in 2013 and completed his physician training at several tertiary hospitals, including Peninsula and Monash Health. His advanced training focused on managing cardiac conditions such as heart failure, valvular disorders, and arrhythmias in elderly patients with complex chronic medical conditions. He works closely with cardiologists to improve outcomes for this patient group. Additionally, he pursued postgraduate training in perioperative medicine.

Dr Saleemi has contributed to multiple research projects on cardiac issues in geriatric patients and is undertaking a diploma in cardiac imaging. He consults at St John of God Berwick Hospital, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.
