How to Book an Appointment

We offer two convenient ways to book your appointment:

Online Booking

Scheduling an appointment is easy and convenient with our online booking system. You can book standard appointments for discussing health concerns directly through our website.

Important: When booking online, please ensure that the name entered matches the one on your Medicare Card to ensure accurate patient file matching.
Third-Party Provider: Please note that our online booking service is facilitated by a third-party provider. By proceeding with your online booking, you agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Collection Notice of the third-party platform.

Telephone Booking

For those who prefer to speak with our friendly reception team, you can call us at 03 8721 0213 to schedule your appointment.

Types of Appointments Available:

Standard Appointments: These appointments are for discussing health concerns in person at our Werribee clinic.
Telephone Appointments: Your health and well-being are our top priorities. We offer telephone appointments, allowing you to consult with your doctor over the phone from the comfort of your home. Book your telephone consultation either online or by calling our reception team.

Important Notice Regarding Iron Infusion Appointments:

Please note that the Iron Infusion pre-booking practice fee is Non-Refundable for all patients. This appointment cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Please ensure you only book if you are certain you will be attending the clinic.

*Out-of-pocket fees will apply for minor surgeries in accordance with clinic policy.

*We are a bulk-billing clinic, with mixed billing on Saturdays and public holidays. Eligible patients (under 15 and healthcare concession cardholders) will continue to be bulk billed. All other patients will incur a $20 out-of-pocket fee.
